The Rodin Museum: “A trip inside the beauty and darkness of the human being.”
The photography class of Friends Select School recently took a trip to the Rodin Museum, located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Throughout the entire museum, grand sculptures caught the attention of each student of the class. Arley Johnson, class of 2020, detailed his experience: “The sculptures we saw at the Rodin were very realistic and typically depicted children and babies in distress, or people kissing. It also included portrayals of angels, the depths of hell, and some were depictions of actual people.”
