9:30 AM, Broad & Spruce — Reporters and poll watchers stand outside of the Kimmel Center as the early-morning voter wave slows down. 
10:10 AM, 10th & Ellsworth — Volunteers greet voters at St. Maron’s Catholic Church in South Philadelphia. Poll watchers affiliated with the Democratic Party report low Election Day turnout, possibly the result of a large number of mail-in ballots. 
10:25 AM, 7th & Washington — Local Democratic ward leaders stand outside of polls as a steady stream of voters flows in. According to the ward leaders, over 60% of eligible voters in their neighborhood voted by mail before the election. 
11:20 AM, 18th & Arch — Poll workers stand patiently outside of Arch Street Presbyterian Church in the shadow of the Comcast Center. No voters came into this location during a 15-minute midday interval. 
11:30 AM, 17th & The Parkway — Friends Select School’s front plaza remains unpopulated due to its first ever Election Day school cancellation. 
11:30 AM ET, 17th & The Parkway — Police cars line the Benjamin Franklin Parkway despite light traffic and low pedestrian activity. 
12:15 PM, 22nd & Spruce — Volunteers and voters gather at Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church in Fitler Square. A tree outside of the front door is decorated with signs supporting both President Trump and Vice President Biden.

5:00 PM, Broad & Spruce — The same reporters and poll watchers from Tuesday morning remain outside of the Kimmel Center, which sees voter turnout increase as 8:00 PM approaches. 
5:15 PM, Broad & Spruce — Police officers bike down Broad Street as poll closings approach. Cars with speakers blare political messages as voters enter the Kimmel Center.
