Welcome to a new school year! The Falcon is back, and we are ready to publish stories that celebrate student voices and engage with the community. We are excited to be your Editors-In-Chief for the 2025-2026 school year. We want to lead a source that promotes creativity, curiosity, and conversation.
The Falcon is more than just a student newspaper; it is a platform where we can explore diverse perspectives and share experiences. This year, we plan to expand the ways that stories can be told beyond hard news and opinion pieces to feature more photo series and podcasts. Our goal is to highlight the talent, thoughtfulness, and unique voices that make the Friends Select community so interesting and diverse.
We want The Falcon to be a place where anyone can be empowered to contribute their ideas. Whether you are a writer, artist, filmmaker, or designer, we invite you to share your opinions and thoughts. We meet on Friday during club block, and if you can’t make it, feel free to reach out to us. Make sure to check out The Falcon’s Instagram account (@fssfalconnews) to stay updated on content.
