Friends Select upper school students share their perspectives on peaceful protest and social change, giving a sense of how they engage with and think about activism. Since the majority of responses came from the junior class, the results mainly reflect junior students’ opinions and experiences with activism. Many students showed interest in continuing to learn about ways to create change, such as participating in peaceful actions like marches, contacting representatives, and educational events. Overall, the responses show that students are engaged and interested in learning more about how to be part of social change in a meaningful way.
